Rewinder: What We're Playing This Week (June 14, 2025)
Dice rolls and dragons.

Our fourth edition of 'What We're Playing' is here, and can you believe it's been nearly a month since we launched Rewinder?
With conference season now (mostly) out of the way, we're still playing a bit of catch up with both new releases and our ever extending backlogs. It's certainly one way to cap off nearly a month from us officially going live, and here's to the many more months ahead.
Here's what the team's been playing this week.

It's been a mix of things on my side this week. I finished act one on Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which has left me with, uh, Conflicting Emotions, shall we say. I've not stopped playing Mario Kart World and Fast Fusion, and I've begun playing Splatoon 3 again following the Switch 2 patch.
I've posted some reviews as well this week. Zombie Army VR was my redacted entry from last week, and it's exactly what I expected it to be. It's fine. Elsewhere, you may have already seen my Lost in Random: The Eternal Die review, and overall I enjoyed that.

Because three of my four D&D games went awry and didn't fire this week, I've mostly been doing normal relaxing things in the evening... like more work. However, I have been putting a few more hours into Cyberpunk 2077 as well, and despite how much I didn't think it was for me the first time I booted it up, it's properly got its edgy little hooks into me.
I'm having a blast, and even though I don't think double-jumping makes any sense, it sure is fun to do. Keanu is kinda mean in it, though.

I played about two and a half hours of MindsEye on Rewinder's Twitch during the week. I cannot stop thinking about MindsEye. I think that I need to play more MindsEye on the internet. I need to know.
Scott

To follow up my wildly boring contribution last week, I am still playing Death Stranding 2 and I can't say anything else.
