Witchspire Is A Magical Survival Co-Op Adventure

Co-op fantasy survival adventure Witchspire is heading to PC in early access next year.

Marking the debut title from Envar Games, a studio whose previous efforts include co-development contributions to Overwatch 2 and Valorant, I wouldn't have guessed its first game would be a magical survival-crafting adventure. Joined by up to three friends using customizable characters, Witchspire sees you trapped in this strange world after activating the titular spire.

Exploring this land either on foot or via your broom, this magical world houses numerous wild and corrupted creatures. You'll need to take them down using upgradeable wands, spells, and more, also bringing in friendly familiars as backups with four starter options available and more to be collected as you progress. This occurs while exploring mystical structures and uncovering secrets across this land.

You can also build up a safe haven over time, one that allows you to conjure forests, summon comets of ore or phantom pickaxes, and more. Upon gathering the necessary materials, you can get your familiars to help across your base. Choosing your Coven awards a specialised outfit and specific stat boost, while character levelling and a cosmic tech tree offer ability upgrades.

Witchspire launches next year on Steam Early Access.
