Rewinder: What We're Playing This Week (July 12, 2025)

This week, Rewinder once again asks our team; what are we playing?

It's an excellent question as always, and it's been a week when the team's mostly been occupied with other commitments.

Still, we'll usually find time somewhere, and here's what the team's been up to.

Henry

I've not had any time to play much this last week. I went to Silverstone on Saturday for the British Grand Prix, followed by Develop: Brighton most of last week, alongside preparing for the UploadVR Summer Showcase. In between, it's been nice finding moments for Balatro off my phone.

Jason

"Jason hasn't been playing games he's been working too much, but fear not, because he spent four hours working on Saturday too.”

Lex

After moving from Death Stranding 2, I've been left a little bit in limbo trying to decide what to play next. I am still chipping away at both Soul Hackers 2 and Persona 4 Golden in the evening but I don't really have any new releases demanding my attention.

I did take myself on a solo cinema trip to see Superman, and god damn, yeah they nailed it. So maybe if you are trying to think of something to do this weekend do what I did. Take a few hours, go for a long walk, don't look at your phone and enjoy a real good movie.
