Crescent County Is a Slice-Of-Life Adventure With Witches and Street Racing

Crescent County, a slice-of-life delivery game about witches and motorbroom street racing, just launched a new Kickstarter campaign.

Described as a single player "witch-tech" open world delivery adventure, Crescent County is the debut game from Electric Saint, a new studio founded in 2022 by Anna Hollinrake and Pavle Mihajlovic. You play as Lu, a "chaotic young adult figuring herself out" that works as a motorbroom driving courier by day, street racer by night. You'll settle into a new flat as you build a found family, form new relationships, and learn of each character's joys, drama and struggles.

Electric Saint also calls this a "Be A Flirty Disaster And Kiss Your Friends Simulator™," which, need I say more?

As a courier, Lu's job involves delivering various packages across this open world, alongside herding sheep and fixing leylines. Completing these jobs earns cash that can then be used for upgrading your motorbroom, improving aspects like top speed and carrying capacity, alongside aesthetic adjustments. Sigil stickers can also be applied for special powers like rewinding time.

Notably, the Kickstarter reached its £45k funding goal less than 24 hours after launch, and it's now sat at over £56k with the campaign ending on June 17, 2025. Higher tiers include a 'Digital Deluxe' version with a motorbroom zine and digital OST, alongside exclusive prints, stickers, scanning your cat into the game, and more. Like any crowdfunding campaign, it's worth remembering Kickstarter shouldn't be treated like a pre-order system and comes with its own risks, which Electric Saint does address.

Crescent County is coming to Xbox Series X/S and Steam with a targeted October 2026 release window, and a PC demo is currently live.
